Norman Foster was born in Manchester in 1935. He studied Architecture and Urbanism at the University of Manchester. He has developed an architectural work that is characterized by being a reflection of our time, with high-tech materials that seek to create more sustainable and environmental quality spaces.
Foster found his opportunity when in 1979 he won the competition to design the Bank of Hong Kong and Shanghai, a masterpiece that, when completed in 1986, made him famous internationally. With this work he became the most exquisite of high-tech designers.
He won the Pritzker Prize in 1999, the most important award in the field of architecture.
Currently, he has been achieving a large number of high-class projects and with impressive performance, which has allowed him to position himself well in the world artistic field, certifying all of this with his talent and dedication.
It will develop its first project in Chile that considers a complete intervention and urban transformation of the vanguard in the community of San Joaquín, which includes the development of the second stage of La Fábrica Patio Outlet. The project will consider residential buildings, mini warehouses, commercial spaces, co-working, among other services. Construction is estimated to start at the end of 2020 and will last at least 2 years.
